Truffle Butter Popcorn

Ingredients:

  • 10 cups of popped popcorn

  • 4 tablespoons of Simple Truth Organic salted butter, melted

  • ¼ cup grated Mariano's white gold Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese

  • 4 tablespoons truffle oil

  • ¼ cup dried parsley

  • 1 tablespoon kosher salt

Instructions:

  • In a small bowl mix the melted butter and truffle oil. Place popcorn in large bowl, drizzle butter and truffle oil over the popcorn. Toss well until popcorn is completed coated.

  • Add Parmigiano-Reggiano, parsley and salt. Toss well.

  • Transfer to a serving bowl and enjoy!
