Sesame Ginger Shrimp with Zucchini Noodles

Ingredients:

For Zucchini Noodles:

  • 1.5 cups zucchini noodles

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/8 tsp black pepper, ground

  • 1/2 medium size red onion, sliced & cooked

For Shrimp:

  • 2 tsp garlic

  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

  • 1.5 cups seasoned zucchini 

  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter

  • 1/2 tsp dried chili flake

  • 2 tbsp lemon juice 

  • 3 tbsp grated pecorino cheese 

  • 1 container Mariano’s Grab n Go Sesame Ginger Shrimp 

 

Instructions:

  1. Mix ingredients for seasoned zucchini noodles together and set aside.

  2. Add extra virgin olive oil in the medium size saute pan on medium high heat.

  3. Add garlic & chili flake cook for 15 sec add shrimp and seasoned zucchini noodles; saute for 30 seconds then add lemon juice, 2 tbsp grated pecorino cheese and 2 tbsp butter toss in the pan warm it through.

  4. Optional: Add torn basil on top of the zucchini noodle and shrimp and serve.
