Pesto Pasta with Tomato Basil Fettuccini Pasta Pappone

Ingredients:

  • 1 whole package of Pasta Pappone Tomato Basil Fettuccini

  • 5 Tablespoons of Bear Pond Basil Pesto

  • 2 Tablespoons of Shaved Parmigiano-Reggiano

  • Salt to season water

Instructions:

  1. Boil the Pasta Pappone Tomato Basil Fettuccini for 6-8 minutes in a large pot of salted water (as package suggests).

  2. Drain pasta and put back into the large pot. Add 4 of the tablespoons of basil pesto onto the fettuccini and mix until the pasta is completely coated in pesto.

  3. Plate the pasta and add the last tablespoon of pesto and the shaved Parmigiano-Reggiano to top the dish. Enjoy!
